Information about riding in Iceland due to COVID19

Welcome riding with us in 2020! Our farmers are looking forward to a great riding summer! The Icelandic borders will open up no later than on June 15th. All travelers will be given the option to either get tested for COVID 19 at the airport and get results the same day or show a reliable certification confirming they have recently been tested negative. All travelers will have to get our COVID 19 tracking app upon arrival as well. We look forward to seeing you this summer! If you have further questions don´t hesitate to contact us by sending email to our sales manager Heiðdís at [email protected].

The pandemic is declining and no cases of the coronavirus have been detected here in Iceland in the last few days. Our lead doctors and scientists believe it will be all over by the beginning of summer thankfully and we hope the rest of the world will follow soon as well. Our farmers, their families, and horses are doing really well and are ready to operate all of their riding tours for the summer. They look forward to a great riding summer.

For those who have booked for 2020: If you are not able to join us due to the coronavirus this summer, we will do everything we can to help you join our tour later on. We will help you find another departure later this summer or for the year 2021 for no extra charge. If you are not able to join us this summer or the next, we want to give a voucher open for four years, so you can ride with us when the time is right for you. We will work together to find out the best solution for you!

We appreciate you and we hope to see you this summer or very soon!
